Melissa Keegan MRTPI
Our Managing Director, Melissa Keegan MRTPI, is a chartered town planner with over 10 years' experience in the industry. Having worked in both consultancy and for a developer, her hybrid background means that she can provide a robust planning strategy with commercial astuteness.
Mel has a wide-ranging experience from large-scale strategic sites through to farm diversification. Whilst at Davidsons Homes, she was responsible for running a portfolio of circa 10,000 homes across multiple sites which ranged from plan promotion through to outline and detailed applications. During her time there, she secured four draft allocations and obtained planning / resolution to grant for over 1,000 homes.
Mel has also been previously involved in the RTPI Young Planners Committee for the Thames Valley region and holds an advisory role on the Women in Planning South Midlands Committee.
